己二胺環(huán)糊精相對(duì)于乙二胺環(huán)糊精由于連接碳鏈更長(zhǎng),在特定條件下己二胺環(huán)糊精的伯胺基團(tuán)具有比乙二胺環(huán)糊精伯胺更小的空間位阻和更大的空間自由度,更容易和具有較大位阻的羧酸、酯、酐、醛、酮、鹵代烷等在溫和條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)鍵鏈。
同時(shí)通過(guò)己二胺鍵鏈的新結(jié)構(gòu)基團(tuán),由于是通過(guò)更長(zhǎng)的柔性碳鏈連接環(huán)糊精空腔,所以以己二胺環(huán)糊精為基礎(chǔ)的新合成結(jié)構(gòu)的自組裝行為將更為多樣和有趣。
